Day 7 – For Yours Is the Kingdom, and the Power and the Glory Forever. Amen.

We have come full circle.
Seven days ago, Jesus invited us into prayer.
Not into religion.
Not into empty words.
Not into trying to impress God.
He invited us into relationship.
He taught us to begin with two simple words:
Our Father.
Everything that followed flowed from that relationship.
We sought His Kingdom.
We surrendered our will.
We learned to trust Him for today’s bread.
We discovered the freedom of forgiveness.
We learned to depend on Him in the face of temptation.
And now…
Jesus lifts our eyes one final time.
Not toward ourselves.
Not toward our circumstances.
Not even toward our prayers.
He lifts them back to God.
Where they have belonged all along.
For Yours is the Kingdom
The Kingdom was never mine.
It has always been Yours.
Every plan.
Every dream.
Every gift.
Every opportunity.
Every purpose.
Everything belongs to the King.
As I have journeyed through this prayer, I have realised something.
Life becomes lighter when I stop trying to build my own kingdom and start living for His.
And the Power
The strength to obey.
The strength to trust.
The strength to surrender.
The strength to forgive.
The strength to overcome temptation.
None of it came from me.
Every step has been sustained by His grace.
When I was weak…
He was faithful.
When I doubted…
He remained constant.
When I wanted to give up…
He carried me.
His power has always been enough.
And the Glory
Not my glory.
Not my achievements.
Not my victories.
Every answered prayer.
Every healing.
Every breakthrough.
Every lesson.
Every blessing.
Every breath I breathe.
Belongs to Him.
How quickly we can begin to believe that what God has done is somehow because of us.
Yet every good and perfect gift comes from our Father.
The glory has never belonged to us.
It has always belonged to Jesus
Forever
Not only when life is good.
Not only when prayers are answered the way I hoped.
Not only when I understand His plan.
Forever.
Because He is eternal.
His love is eternal.
His Kingdom is eternal.
His promises are eternal.
As John reminds us in Revelation,
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is
and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
— Revelation 1:8 (NKJV)
The God who was with Adam and Eve…
The God who walked with Abraham…
The God who led Moses…
The God who strengthened David…
The God who redeemed Peter…
Is the very same God who walks with us today.
He has never changed.
He never will.
He truly is the Alpha and the Omega.
The Beginning and the End.
Amen
One word.
Yet one of the greatest declarations of faith.
Amen means,
So be it.
I trust You.
I surrender to You.
I believe You.
I will follow You.
Whatever tomorrow holds…
I know You already stand there.
Final Reflection
As we reach the end of this prayer journey, I have realised something beautiful.
Prayer was never about changing God’s heart.
It has always been about allowing Him to transform ours.
Over these seven days, Jesus has gently led us to…
Know our Father.
Seek His Kingdom.
Surrender our will.
Trust Him for today’s bread.
Walk in forgiveness.
Depend on Him for victory over temptation.
And finally…
Return all honour,
all power,
and all glory
to the One to whom it has always belonged.
Jesus Christ.
The Alpha and the Omega.
The Beginning and the End.
The Author and Finisher of our faith.
The King of kings.
The Lord of lords.
Our Saviour.
Our Redeemer.
Our Father.
Today’s Prayer
Father,
Thank You for inviting me into a relationship with You.
Thank You for teaching me how to pray—not as a formula, but as a conversation with my
loving Father.
May everything I have learned through this journey continue to shape my heart long after
these seven days are over.
Help me to seek Your Kingdom above my own.
To trust You daily.
To forgive freely.
To stand firm in Your truth.
To walk closely with Jesus.
And may every answer, every blessing and every victory in my life always point back to You.
For Yours is the Kingdom,
and the Power,
and the Glory,
forever.

Every prayer begins with our Father and ends with His glory.
Whisper for Today
The journey of prayer never truly ends—it simply begins again, one whisper at a time.
A Final Blessing
May your prayers become deeper than words.
May your faith become stronger than your fears.
May your heart remain close to the Father.
And may every whisper you bring before Him remind you that you are deeply loved,
completely known, and never alone.
